Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard referenced by U.S. accessibility guidance. We test the site with automated accessibility checks, keyboard-only use, zoom and small screens, and we fix problems as we find them.
What this site supports
- Keyboard: every menu, filter, form and pop-up works without a mouse. “Skip to content” is the first link on every page, and Escape closes menus and pop-ups.
- Screen readers: pages use clear headings, labelled regions, labelled form fields, and descriptions for images and floor plans. Filter results, form errors and confirmations are announced.
- Vision: text meets contrast requirements, and pages work when zoomed up to 400% or on a screen as narrow as 320 pixels without sideways scrolling.
- Motion: if your device is set to reduce motion, animations and smooth scrolling are turned off.
- Touch: buttons and links are large enough to tap.
Known limitations
- Floor plans come from the manufacturers as images. Each has a text summary (bedrooms, bathrooms, size and dimensions), and room labels can be read by enlarging the plan. Call us for a full description of any layout.
- Links to manufacturer, map and social media sites take you to services we don’t control.
