Free land survey
An up-to-date survey is usually required by lenders, and it helps you understand your property’s boundaries, zoning and what it takes to place a home there. We’ll inspect your home site for free.
What setup includes
- Block and level the home so floors, roof and walls line up precisely.
- Check drainage and waterproofing, and install gutters and downpipes.
- Connect water, septic and utilities, plus heating and ventilation.
- Finish drywall and seal the marriage line between sections.
- Pressure-test water, check power, and test appliances and smoke alarms.
- Finish flooring, remove trash and clean up the lot for move-in.
Transport
We work with a professional transport service that picks up your home and delivers it to your site, so you don’t have to.
